how we handle your request

step 1--consulting

Our process may seem complicated, but it is devised to make it as successful as possible.

First contact Grandpa Matt with what you wish to save. We will discuss the project with you and give you guidance on when to select scionwood, how to select and ship it, rootstock options and approximate timeframe for the salvation process.

DO NOT JUST CUT AND SEND SCIONWOOD TO US WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING US.

Pricing depends on the number of trees you wish to buy. Since we do this mostly to “Save Your Fruit Tree”, we will not do commercial quantities. We also will not do patented or trademarked varieties as that is a violation of intellectual plant patent and trademark law. If you know what the actual variety is by name and just want a few trees we suggest you buy them from a nursery that already has them propagated.

We offer NO WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Since success depends on many factors, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to save your tree. We will do our best and hope you understand. That is why we have a multi-level ordering and pricing system.

Here is our phased approach to saving your tree:

First consultation--- No charge

Receipt of Sci

We offer NO WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Since success depends on many factors, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to save your tree. We will do our best and hope you understand. That is why we have a multi-level ordering and pricing system.

Here is our phased approach to saving your tree:

First consultation--- No charge

Receipt of Scionwood and determination of whether we can be helpful--- No charge

Propagating your trees:

Minimum number of rootstocks to attempt is 6 as this is what fills a flat of peat pots in the FastFruitTree™ system. We can do multiple flats of 6 if desired up to about 4 trays.

PHASED PRICING

1.  Initial propagation price:  minimum of 6 rootstocks---- $96.00 for trying with your scionwood. 

Multiples of 6 roots after the initial 6 above at $84.00.


2.  IF WE COMPLETELY FAIL TO GET A TAKE, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE NEXT FEE.


3.  Once we get a “take” and feel we can get a successful tree to grow--- $25 additional cha

3.  Once we get a “take” and feel we can get a successful tree to grow--- $25 additional charge for each good, finished, successful tree.


Shipping will be charged at cost at an appropriate time in the season. Payment for the rootstock must accompany the order and scionwood. If we reject the scionwood we will return the fee.
